A few important details.
Application fee refunds
The $100 application & screening fee is refundable before screening begins. Once screening begins, it is nonrefundable, even if the application is declined. The fee is refunded if IO cannot process the application.
Lifetime founding rate
Your founding rate stays locked while your membership remains continuously active. Cancellation or nonpayment beyond the 10-day grace period forfeits founding pricing. Benefits pause until payment clears.
Special events, digital cards and availability
Special-event access follows the benefits listed for your tier. Digital membership cards will be introduced separately. Birthday reservations and weekend rooms remain subject to availability.
Full membership terms and club policies will be available before applications open.
